I began my career in 2007 at one of Japan’s leading international law firms in Tokyo. During my tenure, I developed expertise across a broad spectrum of corporate legal matters, including dispute resolution, labor and employment, intellectual property, antitrust, M&A, and compliance.

Driven by a desire to work more closely with business leadership and directly support strategic decision-making, I returned to my roots in the Kansai region and founded Kakeru LPC in Kitahama, Osaka, in 2016. Today, our practice goes beyond routine legal services. To further deepen our expertise in family wealth and business continuity, I became registered as a Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialist (affiliated with the Osaka Certified Administrative Procedures Legal Specialists Association) and established the “Kakeru Inheritance Support Center.” I now lead our initiatives in providing comprehensive support for inheritance and business succession planning.
